If the laws of physics break down at the point of singularity in what we perceive to be the centre of a black hole could there not conceivably be another universe on the "other side"??
I have been thinking about this for a while now and since I am a bit of an astrophysicists wannabe I thought I would write it down
So...
In a black hole the huge gravity - approaching infinity - compresses everything down to a single point - the singularity - where apparently the laws of physics no longer apply. All conceived notions of understanding about space and time are out the window. Fundamental particles are compressed so tightly that they loose all of their individual characteristics and are by our understanding a uniform ball of matter/energy that outside of the gravitational force of a black hole would be so unstable as to cause an unfathomable explosion. Coupled with the fact that time as we know it doesn't exist in a black hole I conceive that all the matter that enters a black hole could be released at a single point in time and space. Like a big bang perhaps? If our perception of space holds no relevance inside a black hole is it not possible that what we perceive to be a celestial body the size of a star could actually contain within it a vast expanse of space?
Are we inside a black hole right now?

Remembrance Day
I have to work on Remembrance Day. Many people at my firm don't. Banks are closed, Money and Bond Markets are closed. Stock Markets are open. Oh Well. Not really a big deal and not the point of this post.
There seems to be quite a movement brewing to have Nov. 11th become an official holiday. I must officially come out against this position. It seems to me the most importaint part of remembrance is to educate children and youth about history and the sacrifices previous generations made so they could have it so good. If the 11th were a holiday what would kids be doing? The same thing they do whenever the get a day off school, screw around with their friends. I think they are much better off in school having a moment of silence at 11AM, attending an assembaly, taking a field trip to their community cerimonies and talking about Canada's military history with their teachers.
November 11th is already a prtty busy day in stores and lines to cross boarder...Do we really need to make it a PreUSThanksgivingSale? Is that what the point is?

So what does "regular basis" really mean?
If I make a blog entery say...every 3 months...that would tecnically be a regular basis. Right?!?!?
Things are good here and I have a few ideas for posts so I'll try and get her back up and running.
